Job Description
Due to a rapidly expanding client base and growing project demands, the team is looking for a skilled Software Implementation Consultant to support and manage software implementation processes across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Job Duties
• Assist in the implementation of company software for both new and existing clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather detailed customer requirements.
• Design and document implementation plans, timelines, and project scope.
• Configure and customize the software based on client needs.
• Provide comprehensive end-user training and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during the implementation process.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to plans.
• Identify and communicate potential risks or challenges proactively.
• Contribute to improving implementation processes and best practices.
Necessary Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering a high level of service.
Information
• On-site role based in Latsia, Nicosia.
• Monday–Friday schedule, no overtime.
• Working hours: 08:00–13:00 & 14:00–17:00 OR 09:00–13:00 & 14:00–18:00.
• Continuous training provided.
• Probation period: 3–6 months.
• 13th salary included.
• Annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
